Introduction

This Klingon grammar guide is an attempt to write a description of the rules of Klingon that is true to the original work, but falls under a less restrictive license. 

Below is temporary information.

Style and formatting guide

Example sentence should follow this style/look:

tlhIngan Hol - English (literal/notes) (mu'mey - English, mu'mey - English)

Example:

vIno'va qurgh SopchoH HoDpu' - the captains start eating the finova beans (vIno'va' qurgh - finova beans, Sop - eat, -choH - change in state, HoD - captain, -pu' - plural for beings capable of language)

The effect of a suffix should follow this:

tlhIngan Hol - English → tlhIngan Hol - English

Example:

SuS - wind, breeze → SuSHom - wisp of air
