ghen can be used in some situations, along with DaH when appropriate,  to mean "the current". So you could say DaH mI' ghen Sovbe'lu' "now (currently), the valid number is unknown" for "the current number is unknown". 

The slang term tutlh "be official" may be used instead of ghen.
