"Heart of Targ" is a traditional Klingon dish ("A Matter of Honor" [TNG], and targ's milk was available on the Enterprise-D ("In Theory" [TNG]). Also, on the menu of the Cafe des Artistes in Paris, one may find 'Targ Klingon a la mode' and 'Tribbles dans les Blankettes'("We'll Always Have Paris" [TNG]).
